AMCs for hardware and networking
We do take AMCs especially for Cisco New and EOS/EOL hardware, since we are in the Cisco rental business we do have huge inventory of Cisco Used, New and EOS / EOL products so that it will help customers to continue the old network with minimum upgrade and continue to use same setup instead of buying new hardware. DNPL provides AMC services on PAN India basis. Serving different vertical customers like various MNC’s, system integrators, Government, SMB organizations, ISP’s and Telecom Players on the below terms and conditions.

Locking Period – 12 Months | after 12 Months, assets can be removed from contract with 1 Month Notice Period.
SLA: 8*5*NBD and 24*7*4. (for 24*7*4 Advance Replacement at customer site)
Equipments should be working condition by the time of AMC contract Sign and NO Hardware Replacement in the First 30days from the date Contract
Return Policy: Faulty has to be return back to us an against replacement within 5 working days
The Customer is responsible for any physical damages and theft at your premises during the contract period.
24x7x365 Remote Operational Support and Hardware replacement will be within 12 hours for complete south India and 36/48 hours to north India from the time of report of complaint depending on the locations.
